Terms of Use

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Beemo is a team task-management and chat app operated by Oskarexporton, MB(company code 305715196), Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania (“Beemo”, “we”, “us”). By using Beemo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who may use Beemo

You must be at least 16 years old, and you must use Beemo through an account created for you or by you. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to your email secure — signing in is done with a one-time code sent to your address.

Your workspace and your content

A workspace is private to the people invited to it. The tasks, projects, comments, chat messages and files you create stay yours; you give us only the permission needed to store and display them to the other members of your workspace and to run the service. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train anything.

Rules for what you post

Beemo lets people post text and files that other members can see. The following are not allowed anywhere in Beemo:

Reporting a problem, and what we do about it

If someone posts something that breaks these rules, email team@trybeemo.comwith a description and, if you can, a screenshot. We aim to look at every report within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or permanently close the account responsible. A workspace administrator can also remove any member from their workspace at any time, which immediately ends that person's access to it.

Availability

We work to keep Beemo running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before a change that would significantly reduce what the service does.

Ending your use

You can stop using Beemo at any time and delete your account and personal data from the app, or at trybeemo.com/delete-account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

Beemo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under Lithuanian and EU law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes belong to the courts of Vilnius, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and, for a significant change, tell you in the app. Questions go to team@trybeemo.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
